If you're experiencing persistent issues despite following the previous steps, consider the following instructions: If you encounter problems with client crashes, follow these steps for troubleshooting:
  • Close all open Neprenia clients.
  • Navigate to your client folder (where you extracted everything).
  • Locate the file named crashFix.bat.
  • Right-click on crashFix.bat and select "Run as administrator."
  • After running crashFix.bat with administrative privileges, reopen your Neprenia client.
  • Attempt to log in again.
Running crashFix.bat as an administrator might help resolve issues related to client crashes. If the problem persists, try contacting Neprenia's support for further assistance.
